Concentrate TDS is the refractometer reading of the brew before bypass or dilution changes the final beverage strength.
It must not be confused with final beverage TDS or water TDS.
Concentrate TDS is part of the Brew Supply AeroPress Wheel and helps brewers describe the tds of the undiluted brew.
