Open-Source Toolsfor More RepeatableAeroPress Brewing
Developed by National AeroPress Champions to turn brewing variables like press speed, yield, and filter preparation into measurable, repeatable actions.
What is
?
Brew Supply is an open-source initiative creating 3D-printable tools that help AeroPress brewers control variables that are normally left to feel and intuition.
Founded by Jan Ahrend after Switzerland's 2025 World AeroPress Championship run, Brew Supply turns instructions like “press gently” or “stop before the hiss” into practical, repeatable workflow controls.
Community-Led
Founded by the Swiss National AeroPress Champion team behind the 2nd-place finish at the 2025 World AeroPress Championship.
Open-Source
All designs free to download, modify, and print on your own 3D printer.
Competition-Tested
Developed and tested in real competition practice environments.
Feedback-Driven
Every version shaped by community feedback and real-world testing.

While preparing for the 2025 World AeroPress Championship, Swiss Champion Jan Ahrend and runner-up Natalie Skorupa designed a simple press stand to make pressing more repeatable.
That prototype became the AeroBox.
Using it, Switzerland finished 2nd at the 2025 World AeroPress Championship.
Brew Supply was created to share that same philosophy with the wider community: identify sources of randomness, build tools to control them, and make better brewing decisions.

Tools Collection
Each tool is precision-engineered for maximum control and repeatability. Download, print, and contribute to the next iteration.
AeroBox
Precision press stand for controlled flow rate and consistent yield.
- Stable press stand for repeatable extractions
- Allows the scale to show 'grams out' and grams per second flowing out
- Designed around competition timing and workflow

World AeroPress Championship 2025 — AeroBox made its debut helping Switzerland secure 2nd place on the global stage.
BeanSieve
8-stage bean sorting system that helps brewers control bean size and build more intentional roast profiles.
- Small and large beans can develop differently during roasting, even within the same batch
- Sort beans by size to intentionally emphasize different roast characteristics and experiment with flavour outcomes
- Makes it easier to compare coffees, recipes, and brewing variables while controlling for bean size
AeroStop
Portable physical press stop that helps AeroPress brewers end the press phase more consistently.
- Physical stop reduces over-pressing compared with guessing when to stop
- Base plus booster shims let you stop 2 mm earlier with each added booster
- Compact and portable for competition kits and travel brewing
- More consistent end-of-press control than intuition alone
- Less precise than AeroBox and does not measure flow rate
AeroSweep
Preparation tray designed to reduce chaff and fines while simplifying coffee transfer into the AeroPress.
- Spread ground coffee across a larger surface area, then gently blow across the surface while shaking the tray to separate unwanted material from the coffee
- Lightweight chaff is carried away by the airflow, while raised collection channels capture fines during agitation
- Removes approximately 1–3 g of coffee depending on grind setting and number of shakes
- Combines chaff reduction, fines reduction, and dose transfer into a single preparation step
- Available in flat and channelled versions, and stacks directly with BeanSieve for compact storage
Future Tools
Aero Organizer
Modular organizer with compartments for competition gear and setup efficiency.
Aero Temper
Precision tamping tool for uniform filter adhesion and crease prevention.
AeroHome
Dedicated AeroPress resting plate that catches drips after brewing and keeps your workspace clean.
DropStop
Attachment that prevents post-press dripping, helping ensure the final cup matches the intended press output.
Kettle Flow Restrictor
Snap-on restrictor for precision pouring and sub-gram water dosing.
