    Controls and process states

    Each domain separates the inputs you can intentionally set from the process states or observable effects that happen during the brew.

    Cup outcomes

    The outer shared band keeps the wheel tied to final analytical and sensory results such as beverage TDS, extraction yield, aroma, flavor, acidity, sweetness, mouthfeel, and overall impression.
